The fare for food, tea, snacks, transportation, double-bed hotel room, and A/C train reservation will be ₹40,001/- per passenger. An advance booking amount of ₹5,000/- per traveler should be deposited in cash or online to the 'Shri Shiv Shankar Tirth Yatra' SBI Bank account in Rishikesh. The remaining amount will be collected at the time of departure. Please read the bus travel rules on page no. 13 carefully before booking the seat.
During the trip, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will include one dal, one vegetable, rice, and roti. Tea will be served in the evening. Ghee will be used in dal-rice and roti. Refined oil will be used in vegetables and snacks. If time permits, papad and pickles will also be served with the meals. Onion and garlic will be completely avoided. The meals will be prepared in a pure vegetarian, satvik manner. Tawa chapati will be made during the trip, and if time permits, puri, paratha, and khichdi will also be served. Lunch packets will be provided based on time availability during the journey.
Our trip will provide only basic medical facilities. Passengers who regularly take medication should bring their medicines as per the trip schedule. If needed, passengers can make arrangements for hospitals or doctors at their own cost. All passengers will be required to follow the timetable. If any passenger deviates from the group for any reason, they will have to reach the next station or destination at their own expense. All buses will go to the parking area near the sightseeing spots, from where the temples are nearby. Passengers can walk or take rickshaws at their own cost. Thus, passengers will have to walk less. A/C facilities will only be available while the bus is moving; it will not be available when the bus is parked. Passengers with contagious diseases, those who consume intoxicants, or those involved in conflicts will be separated from the journey at the discretion of the manager.
Passengers should carry original photo identity proofs (Aadhar Card and Voter ID) along with 1 passport-sized photo. Once the trip is booked, if a passenger cancels their seat, the advance amount will not be refunded. The entrance fees to sightseeing spots will be borne by the passengers themselves.
Passengers must adhere to the following rules:
During the trip, any financial, physical damage, and responsibility for the passenger's belongings will be the passenger's own responsibility. The organizer will not be responsible for any losses to the passengers.
If there are any delays in the train, bus breakdown, bad weather, weekly holidays, closures, rallies, etc., and some destinations cannot be covered, any changes in the itinerary made by the organization/organizer, passengers are requested to cooperate fully and understand the circumstances.
During the trip, the manager will try to provide maximum comfort to the passengers, but a certain level of discomfort is expected during the journey. Passengers are requested to bear it with a spirit of penance as per the proverb 'Paradesh Naresh Kaleshan' and provide full cooperation to the organizer.
The last row (5 seats) of the bus does not have a pushback feature. Please cooperate with fellow travelers in this arrangement. Seat allocation will be done through a lottery system.
