Buses will be arranged by the organization at marked locations. These buses will take travelers from the railway station to the temples and bring them back to the station afterward. For places where there is no mark, the distance from the temple stations is considerable, so travelers can go there either by foot or by rickshaw (at their own expense). This way, travelers will have to walk very little.
During the journey, tea-breakfast and lunch will be provided to the travelers. The meal will include one lentil, one vegetable, rice, and complete bread arrangements. Tea will be served in the evening. Desi ghee will be used in bread, lentils, and rice, and refined oil will be used in breakfast, vegetables, and puris. Both Basmati and non-Basmati rice will be prepared at different times. Depending on availability, travelers will also be provided with pickles, papad, sweet, and salad with the meal. The use of onion and garlic will be avoided. Jain thali will be arranged for meals during long-distance travel by rail. Each traveler will be given a bottle of mineral water with lunch and dinner.

No traveler should wear gold or silver jewelry. During the journey, the responsibility for any financial or physical damage and the traveler's belongings will lie solely with the traveler. The organizer will not be responsible for any losses incurred by travelers.
Each traveler will be provided with a full berth for sleeping during the train journey. No folding beds will be placed between the seats in the compartment. Each compartment will be a three-tier sleeper class. Travelers should bring their own bedding (according to the weather) for train travel. Where there is no train, arrangements for travelers to stay overnight will be made in guesthouses by the committee.
We only provide basic medical facilities during our journey. Travelers who take regular medication are advised to bring their medicines according to the travel program days. During the journey, if required, travelers can arrange for hospital/doctor visits at their own expense. Each traveler must adhere to the timetable; if for any reason someone gets separated from the group, they will reach the next station/destination at their own expense. The manager has the right to separate infectious patients, those consuming intoxicants, or unruly passengers from the journey.
If a traveler, due to any reason or illness, wishes to return home leaving the journey incomplete, in such a situation, the traveler will only be provided with a third-tier sleeper class ticket by the manager to reach home. Refund of fare will not be applicable under any circumstances. This arrangement will only apply if communicated five days prior to the end of the journey.
The availability of trains during the journey depends on the basis of time. Therefore, if there is a delay in the train, flight, breakdown of the bus, changes by the railway, bad weather, weekly holidays, closures, rallies, etc., leading to not being able to see a place at some point, the institution/manager will make changes in the program. Travelers are requested to fully cooperate under such circumstances understanding the situation.
During the journey period, the manager will try to provide maximum convenience to the travelers, but some inconvenience during the journey is natural. At that time, as per the saying 'Paradesh Naresh Kaaleshan', endure it with the feeling of austerity and provide full support to the manager. Apologies for any errors in printing.
