For the security of passengers' belongings, adequate personnel will be arranged by the committee on the train for preparing tea, snacks, meals, and for sightseeing. No passenger should wear gold or silver jewelry. During the journey, passengers will be solely responsible for any financial or physical loss and for their belongings. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the passengers.
In the train journey, each passenger will be provided a full berth to sleep. No plank will be placed between the seats in the compartment. Each coach will be a three-tier sleeper class. Passengers should bring bedding according to the weather for the train journey. Passengers will be responsible for compensation for any accidental injury or natural disaster during the journey. Each cabin in every coach will have a mobile charging board, but the safety of the mobile devices will be the sole responsibility of the passengers.
In our journey, elderly people and single women can also travel comfortably. The travel environment feels like home and family, so there will be no feeling of loneliness.
Travelers who avail this facility will be provided with travel receipts, travel certificates, and copies of the travel program issued by the railway. However, the responsibility for providing LTC will not lie with the organization.
Travelers should carry cash or a bank draft/check made in the name of "Shri Shivshankar Teerth Yatra (Regd.)" at the Rishikesh branch for paying their outstanding amount.
Travelers must strictly follow the following rules.
Travelers must fully comply with all rules set by the Railway Department for special journeys (regarding luggage, railway timetable, and coach checking). The jurisdiction for any dispute will be exclusively Rishikesh (Dehradun). The jurisdiction for disputes under the consumer committee will also be Rishikesh (Dehradun).
Travelers are requested to notify the Head Office after making their booking to avoid any possible errors. While booking seats, please carefully read and confirm the name of the founder Late Lala Shivcharan Lal Agrawal, his photo, and the travel agency name before finalizing the seat.
Every traveler is required to follow the timetable strictly. If, for any reason, a traveler separates from the group, they will have to reach the next station/destination at their own expense. The manager reserves the full right to separate any infectious patients, intoxicated individuals, or quarrelsome travelers from the journey.
If any traveler, due to any reason or health issues, wishes to leave the journey midway and return home, the manager will provide only a three-tier sleeper class railway ticket for their return home. No fare refund will be given in any case. This arrangement will only be applicable up to 5 days prior to the journey's completion.
The availability and timing of the train depend on various factors. Therefore, in case of delays by the train, flight, or bus, changes made by the railway, bad weather, weekly holidays, closures, rallies, etc., if any place cannot be visited, the organization/manager will make changes in the program accordingly. Travelers are requested to understand the situation and cooperate fully.
During the journey, managers will try to provide maximum convenience to travelers. However, some inconvenience during travel is natural. At such times, please bear it with the spirit of patience, as the saying goes 'Endure hardships like a foreign king,' and cooperate fully with the manager. We apologize for any printing errors.
Rules for Canceling the Journey:- If a traveler wishes to cancel their seat booking for any reason, a written notice must be given at least 12 days before the journey date (excluding the journey date) to get a refund of the advance payment (after deducting railway reservation cancellation charges). I had a wonderful experience with Tirth Yatra India’s Special Train Tour to Goa and Rameshwaram. The pilgrimage to the sacred Rameswaram Dham, Trivandrum, and Tirupati was spiritually fulfilling. The company’s well-planned itinerary and comfortable arrangements made this 13-day journey truly memorable. Highly recommended!
Starting the pilgrimage to Rameshwaram, Goa, and Kanyakumari with Tirth Yatra India was a rich experience. The divine energy at Rameswaram Jyotirlinga and the scenic beauty of Goa gardens were highlights. The expert guides and smooth transport made the long journey very comfortable.
Recently, I booked the 13-day Special Train Tour covering South India and Goa. The visit to Mallikarjun Jyotirlinga and Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Trivandrum was divine. Tirth Yatra India's attention to religious rituals and passenger safety is commendable. A perfectly balanced spiritual tour.
We conduct tirth yatra in an organized manner in which the pilgrims are provided good quality food, Satsang programmes, medical facilities.
